The Rice Street Festival Royalty is a Scholarship Program administered by the Rice Street Festival.
The program provides a scholarship to each woman completing her Royalty Reign. It is designed to enhance a woman's career building skills such as public speaking, interviewing, organization, teamwork and leadership.

The program is dedicated to promoting volunteerism and community involvement by representing and promoting the Rice Street Business Community and their endeavor to develop and enhance the Rice Street neighborhood and the City of St. Paul.

During their reigning year, the Royalty will attend several benefits, fundraisers, community festivals, parades and community service events.
